Sole To Soul Barefoot Massage & Yoga Therapy LLC

Elevate your massage practice with our Sarga Deep Tissue Certification session. Sarga utilizes a silk fabric to create a push/pull tensional force, delivering the deepest tissue myofascial massage I’ve ever experienced. This was the main style of massage I received before relocating to Ypsilanti in 2021. It is slow, meditative, deeply nourishing to the nervous system, and truly life-changing. This is a 90 minute, full-body routine and is not area specific. You will be asked to complete a review form for my certification, and the price reflects a $50 discount for this (no additional discounts).

First time client special: $25 OFF 75 or 90 min massage. CJ’s new favorite massage to receive, learned directly from the person who created the modality. Ashi-Sutra utilizes different pieces of fabric to pull the body into the feet while applying deep relaxing compressions. Great for those with tightness in the shoulders & hips who want a full body stretch. Clients remain clothed for this “Thai Massage on Steroids” session.

First time client special: $25 OFF 75 or 90 min massage. Sole’s signature massage blends flowing, Swedish & Hot Stone style relaxation while addressing chronic pain with Cupping & gentle White Jade Gua-Sha, millennia tested elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine prized more than gold. The combination of these techniques unwinds decades of chronic stress pain patterns from Fascia, which has more pain receptors than muscle tissue. Great for any chronic pain, but especially neck/shoulders, back, hips, and sciatica.

First time client special: $25 OFF 75 or 90 min massage. Thai Massage is a holistic form of bodywork described as “lazy yoga” and is a perfect remedy for sitting at an office desk all day.
